Prevent Chicken Farm Fire

As March enters, it is also the Fire Prevention Month in the Philippines. This month, everybody is encouraged to prepare for summer and as part of that, everybody has to look for possible fire catching materials at their home, office, or business.

For the cockfight enthusiasts and poultry farmers, their farm should be checked properly as some still use coconut leaves or nipa as shelter for their chickens. There is no problem with that. However, in the scouring heat, it could start of a trouble.

Our advice is to have fire extinguishers, water, or sand in every corner. This would help us kill off fire when our farm catches fire.

In addition, also make drinking water available for our chickens. They could easily get dehydrated during this season.
